Electrical Compatibility

For our US and Canadian customers, we provide UL-listed E26 sockets, cords, and WAGO connectors, ensuring compatibility with local electrical standards.

Please note that all electrical installations must be carried out by a licensed electrician.

Shipping

Complimentary shipping to the United States and Canada is available via FedEx and UPS on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Import duties, taxes, and any applicable customs or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States
The carrier will collect applicable import duties, state taxes, and related fees upon delivery. As a general guide, these costs are typically around 20–25% of the purchase price, depending on the destination.

Canada
Recipients are responsible for applicable federal and provincial taxes, such as GST, PST, or HST, as well as standard courier brokerage fees.

Returns & Quality

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, if your order is damaged during transit, lost in shipping, or you experience any quality issue, please contact us. We will resolve the matter promptly and with care.
